The Wellington Shire Heritage Network … Is proud to welcome the VAFHO Conference to Sale.  We are the peak body for 26 organisations in the shire that goes from Gippsland’s first port at Port Albert, to the alpine goldfields around Dargo.

Our Historical Societies, Family History Groups and volunteer-managed Community Museums include our maritime, military and motor-vehicle history.  We have innovative agriculture, important archives and historic halls.

Call by our table to check out the Wellington Shire ANZAC database of those who served in World War I.  This is used to provide new street names to the Shire.  We will have books from member groups, and would be delighted to connect you with those best placed to help with your local enquiries.
